Product Description
This product is the dried root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall., a plant of the Ranunculaceae family. It is dug in summer and autumn. After washing, the head, tail and fine roots are removed. It is either boiled in boiling water and then the outer skin is removed, or the skin is removed first and then it is boiled, and finally dried in the sun.

It is used for sallow complexion due to blood deficiency, irregular menstruation, spontaneous sweating, night sweating, hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, cramping pain in the limbs, headache and dizziness.
