Product Description
This product is the dried mature seed of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. var. spinosa (Bunge) Hu ex H. F. Chou of the Rhamnaceae family. The mature fruits are harvested from late autumn to early winter. After removing the pulp and the nut shell, the seeds are collected and sun-dried.

Sweet and sour in flavor, neutral in nature. It pertains to the liver, gallbladder and heart meridians.
